My30Hours.com was founded to provide top quality continuing education to New Mexico real estate licensees. New Mexico real estate license law requires that most licensees have 30 hours of approved continuing education credit courses every three years, in order to renew their Qualifying Broker or Associate Broker's real estate license.

MandatoryAndMore's founder, Bill Hallett, has been licensed in New Mexico since 1978 and has held his New Mexico Real Estate Broker’s License since 1981. He formed his own brokerage company, Bill Hallett Realty, in 1981. During the past 25 years, he has held numerous volunteer positions with the Albuquerque Board of REALTORS® and Southwest Multiple Listing Service. Bill was the 1999 recipient of the "Salesperson of the Year" award from the Albuquerque Board of REALTORS®, and was the 2007 recipient of the prestigious "REALTOR® of the Year" award. Bill has served for several years on the New Mexico Real Estate Commission's Education Steering Committee, and also has served on and chaired the REALTORS® Association of New Mexico (RANM) Standard Forms Committee. Bill has been instructing REALTORS® since 1995, and has been certified by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission as a continuing education instructor since 1999. Bill both teaches for several NMREC approved sponsors in the state, and also owns his own school, MandatoryAndMore, which is approved by the NMREC as a continuing education sponsor. Bill remains active both listing and selling real estate with his companies, Bill Hallett Realty and Tierra Madre Realty, and also as a property manager in the greater Albuquerque area. He is also President of New Mexico Environmental Testing, Inc., which is approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to conduct lead based paint testing. |

Additionally as the Director of Training for The Vaughan Company Realtors, he provided new brokers with the knowledge and expertise to become productive quickly.
